I'm not sure how long it took but one day I realized that I didn't have it anymore. It'll help all your other joints as well. You can get it over the counter at Wal-Mart or any drug store. Try it, it'll help.
i did try those pills. but it take a long time for them take effect,( about 6 weeks) and they are huge pills. i still have some left, but Don is right they will help, maybe that is why mine when away,

    Re: Trigger finger

I used to get that REALLY bad..........I found out last year, that my hands prefer the Cumara rods with the spongy rubber versus hard cork grips. I used to get really tired in the forearm and my hand, but after switching to Cumara Rods last year, I've pretty much eliminated the problem.

I don't think the Cumara Rods are as good as my G. Loomis rods as far as feel goes, but being able to fish them all day and not have my hands ache, is a PLUS.

If you've not tried them yet, I'd give the Cumara, or ANY good rod with a spongy handle a try.

    Later,
