I've seen that buggy once or twice. We got a laugh out of it for sure. Anyways, sounds like you've been having some fun. I was just wondering what size fish have you been on? Any hawgs?

Been hitting Cedar Creek hard the last 2 days and I guess for the last 2 weeks, when I can. Been doing well on a Spinner bait and some old Power Bait that I found at a flee market. Found most fish in about 8 to 10 foot of water.
I only seen one boat that I wanted to sink.
Seen a couple of tubers right at dark 2 nights.
I did see/hear something that I had to laugh at. I was at the dam at around midnight and heard this loud music, you know that loud thumping stuff. Well it camp from a Amish Horse and buggy, then a little while later another buggy came thumping by. I have to laugh at that. Made me forget about the boat I wanted to sink.
Guess I will have to try it again to night.

I thought pleasure boating(tubing or skiing) was illegal on cedar creek...
410th and walkeraviator, you are correct. it is illegal to pleasure boat on cedar creek lake.
I dont think pleasure boating is illegal, but tubing and sking is. I do wish everyone had to take a class on how to operate a boat and how to use good judgement while on the water. I am sure I could use a few pointers, like not plowing a boat up on the same area you are fishing, or jumping in front of you while you are fishing a area. Heck I like to see the regs have to be read by every boat owner.

sorry 410th, i should have been more specific when i say pleasure boating. i meant what you said. in my mind that is what pleasure boating meant( tubing skiing wakeboarding etc, but everyone looks at thing differently. should have been more specific
while i was looking up the rules and regs i found that mono-hull boats cannot exceed 22 foot. so if you have a ranger z522 commanche...your out of luck
I was thinking that is what you ment, no problem on this end. I will have to start looking at how many boats that I can see over 22 foot. I am sure I will see some. Nothing surprise's me on this lake. But any way I just try to look over stupid and try my best not to let it ruin my night on the water. If you see an old white Lowe boat with a very bad scum line and see someone who looks like he really dont know what he is doing, give me a yell and we will swap a lie or two.
