Fished Rough River a few times last week on vacation (mostly a lot of swimming and skiiing) 7/16-7/21 Water temps 91 Could not find the bass bite anywhere but the most obvious points and laydowns. All shallow (less than 4ft of water). Nothing above 1.5 lbs. Could not buy a bite on any drops or ledges. Soft plastics (my go to bait) did not produce much. They did slam the white Spinner bait. Next trip I there I am going to run and gun as many places as possible. Happy fishing
