sympson last night

ripped the eagle POS cuda outta my goofy lil fishing boat last night and threw in a humminbird 383c and took it to sympson to test it out.

Got there about midnight and I couldn't believe it... no cars parked on put-in, no maze of glowing bobbers across boat launch, no cars, boats, people, no totlines strung from dock... holy crap!!! stayed until 9am and it was a weird night, no shad up or fish poppin.. it was like it was dead until the sun rose but still caught a few after 4am, 4 prob went 4lbs each and some lil guys as well.

Spent most of the night navigating all the water skiers trash.

I have been thinking about headed down there and was wondering if you seen any signs of the hybrids they have stocked the past couple years. thanks

I been looking for them as well and I haven't found any trace of them yet. I live right down the street so I go a lot but just nothin on them. I have seen some busting by the **** but casting over 3 sec after got nothing.

The last cove before **** on left has been jammed with shad so you'd think the hybreds would be hanging around there but no... might have washed out I suppose.
