Another Cheater Caught

Moderators - please don't get mad and remove me from this forum...I remember the last time someone posted a thread regarding a fisherman getting caught cheating during a tournament.

I just wanted to post a link to an article that I read that many of you might want to read...the article makes you think "just how much cheating does go on during tournaments"?

I believe there is a lot more cheating going on than people realize. I am sure glad they caught this stupid low life. Did he think they would not find the weights when they filleted the fish? On another note, I am waiting for another cheater to get what he has coming to him, but that's another story.

Per the article, the guy went as far as to attach the weights to a treble hook so they would get stuck in the gullet and not make it down to the stomach. No wonder he was weighing so many dead fish. They all had 2 ounces attached to treble hooks in their throats.

Isn't there a penalty for dead fish, wasn't he loosing what he was trying to gain?? Not only is he a low life scum bag cheater, but a stupid moron to boot, lol.

Not that it make a difference. It was drop shot hook not treble. If I recall it was not 9 dead fish found with the weights I think it was 7 of em in 2 days. Not sure why the author in that article said it otherwise other than add fuel to the fire for the PETA.

Some people are good at passing things like that. Sounds like this guy was a good liar just not as good at cheating because he got caught....Glad to him nailed.
