Fished from Sat.- 6:00pm to Sun.- 10:00am. Fishing was slow. I agree the river has changed, still, I did'nt leave dissapointed. Pressure and traffic on the water was crazy this weekend. The dust did'nt settle 'till about 11:00pm. Caught fish between 4 and 6am., then nothing. Coming out we counted more than 20 people going in. Kayaks, canoes, bass boats, you name it, all loaded for bear. I felt bad for these folks knowing they had traveled a long way just to recieve a proper skunking in the hot sun. These conditions are mostly responsible for the quality of the fishing on the Dix these days.Originally Posted by nonamesleft47
