They are super nice. I messed around with one after going to American legacy today. There isn't as big of a difference between the glx that I was wanting though. The difference between the mossyback and glx is huge. Not so much this time I don't think. All and all I'm impressed though. Time to trade in the glx's.

The trusty ole Ugky Stick is still a good rod for around 40 bucks, they are a great cranking rod, 500 for a rod is a little steap but people with that kinda cash will buy it, it is not for us average small tourney weekend 40 hr week guys, I know it is out of my league as the state just cut our pay 5% so it might be back to the ole Ugly Sticks for me. Yea Don when Gammas came out we weny ogh my god, now they are cheap compared to others like Trokar, but I wount use anything other than Gamas as they are a great product.

Sorry about the pay, we are in tough times for sure. Man I was thinking about the ugly stick after reading your post......when I was younger....(I think it was an ugly stick or some eagle claw rod)that we used to use as weapons against eachother. My buddies dad had a few rods in the garage and when he wasn't home we would have these as swords and smack the snot out of eachother!
I learned back then you don't turn your back on a buddy with a whippy sword!!! Man that crap hurt! Ohh my point is he never knew or at least didn't care because we never got caught. So I guess I was beat with an ugly stick!!!LOL....
