Very Simple Question about Obama

I would still like to know why and how the Muslims recevied permission to build their Mosque ON NEWLY ACQUIRED LAND when two Christian churches next to the World Trade Center that were destroyed on 9/11 still have not received permission to rebuild their churches ON LAND THEY HAVE OWNED FOR MANY YEARS, and for that matter, the owners of the land where the World Trade Center was still have not been approved for any new buidlings (this according to Fox News)!!! (How is that for a run on sentence?)

Just asking, do we know for sure the church owned the land? In some cases, the city retains title to the land, and the person that builds the building only has a possessory right so long as the land is used for that purpose only. Just asking, did the TV guys clear that up.
