Wilgreen or Stoner

Taking the wife fishig this afternoon for some panfish. Not sure what spot I will hit up yet but will post a report when I get back. I see Stoner is at 13.2 so I may hit up wilgreen and try my hand at the shellcrackers there.

We hit frymans today and boated around 6 bass, 4 of which were keepers. Also a few crappie, bream and rockbass. Duck weed is not an issue ( I miss the stuff). Color was best by the spillway and a little more stained up toward strodes. Water temp was 80-84. We would go for an hour without a bite and then hit several fish in a row. Never figured anything out except just keep the lure in the water and drink alot of water!!!

nice report. Wife and I hit Wilgreen from 115 to 5ish today. Every cast we had a hit fishing redworms. Caught a ton of small bluegills but did manage a catfish, shellcracker and a few keeper gills. They are in saltwater in the fridge as I type this. I fumbled around with a crankbait for about an hour and had one over 2lbs spit it at the boat. My wife was in shock it was funny to see. I did boat another around 2lbs. She was only about 14 inches but one of the healthiest bass I have caught all year. Fought like a champ as well. My wife was screaming every time it jumped. There is a firemans tourney there next Sat from 7-3pm I may fish.
