Did you ever get those downriggers rigged up yet? If you are having problems or doubts, I'll buy them back off of you. Any luck with the nissan?

Hey Larry, I have not been able to get to the lake as yet, but this fall I will put the downriggers to work. I have put a lot of work in on the Nissan and have it going except getting the old gas tank to work. I think it is sucking air around some of the connections. I put new everything on the motor, including plugs, fuel pump, water pump and lower seals, carb kit and it runs. I can't thank you enough. I am sorry I haven't found your message until now. I have tried to call you but you must have changed your number. I will let you know how the downriggers do. Thanks again.

yes the tank is sucking air at t6he fuel outlet. A merc.tank might work, the fittings are very close to each other.

been mostly enjoying the air conditioning in the house. Tried Nolin once, and liked it,an hour plus drive. Barren has been a problem,the water levels are up and down, cant set up a pattern,but cooler weather has got to get here some day.Tried trolling barren monday, all I got was a drift sock full of debris.
