Try fishing Waveland on the weekend in a tournament and then talk about people fishing on top of people. Every spot you go to has boats all over it just have to fish around and hope you can get close to where you want to fish.

At least at Ky Lake you can find places where others aren't....even if its not exactly where you want to fish. Lakes in IN are (for the most part) so small that any tx you are in, you know going in that it will be crowded. Most of the time you can't help but to fish behind someone....or move around someone who is sitting on one spot...thats something you guys need to realize and get over. ON THE OTHER HAND, if someone gets close enough to cast within 20 feet of you when you were there first.....put on your oldest bait and let them find out if the hooks are still sharp

I understand and that's fine but pissed me off when they cast to the same piece of structure I was casting to.

These stories sure make the strip pits and a 10 foot plastic boat look wonderful.

I agree! Although, I always feel I have accomplished more if I catch fish...say on Monroe...instead of in a smaller body of water. Both are fun though!

Been there, done that, bought a t-shirt, and won't go back

Fished one tourney at Waveland and 70+ boats were stacked 6-7 deep. These spots were meant for 2-3 at the most.

It really doesn't matter to me how many boats are out there. Everyone has the same right as me to be out there. But casting on top of me or anyone else is not acceptable. As for Kentucky sure there are tons of spots which isn't the issue at all if you have fished it a lot. The issue which I said makes me worry are the 75' 1.5 million dollar boats doing 35mph 20' from me. It's the 4'+ waves that are not good news. We took a wave 2 weeks ago over the front deck that actually was half way up the windshield on a 20' triton. Ledge fishing the middle of Kentucky with standing water in your boat *****!

I agree......but in some places you just have to know that there is a much better chance of being in close proximity to other boats. As far as the big boats you mentioned....no doubt that does s***! Those type of people usually have no clue what their boats/wakes do to other smaller boats....or just don't care!!!!
