Are you able to float to helms in a small 16 foot fiberglass bass boat? Or does it need to be a flat bottom aluminum. How much water does it take to go down that far(flow rate)?

we were in a 16' flat bottom, allumnium, but you should be ok with the same water flow that they were releasing sunday
