1. Got to Photo Board.
2. Open New Thread
3. Below the thread box, see the Additional Options box, and Click Upload Photos.
4. When the nex dialogue box opens, browse to a picture, click on it, and the URL should show up in one of the Browse boxes.
5. Click UPLOAD, then close the window.
6. Click, submit the new thread.
