LOL,,,well i may not need one after all I got a 143/4X24 raker,,still can`t get my RPM`s up to 5500 but at 4700 by my GPS I`m doing 59 and thats penty fast enought for me,,,plus save on my motor and gas,,,but what I`m hearing I think is the boat jumping up on the pad and the sound of the motor changes abunch sounds like it`s slipping but don`t think it is,,,i need one of you guys that has a boat with a pad to take a ride and see if thats it,,,but i like being able to run 2500 on a good plane,,,I`m really likeing my Champion,,it handle so smooth and easy,,,

rpm gauge may be off.might want to check that before you blow it trying to get it to 5500.
i have that aluminum prop of the 175 i got fro you if you want to try it.you can take a punch and mark the hub/prop.run it and see if the marks move..

hey thanks,,,i forgot about doing that DUH!..but i`ll try that for sure,,I think it just may be the way the boat runs,,but when it comes down onto a plane she takes off and the RPM`s climb real quick and sounds like the prop is slipping,,but she`s grabs and goes on,,might just not be use to this boat and the way she acts yet....I know it`s the fastest boat I`ve ever owned. At (by my tack) 3500 she runs 43-45 by my GPS and at 4500 runs 56-57 which is penty fast for me,,if the tack is right and reprop it to get my 5500 out of it I think she`d do the low 60`s,,,,but if this prop is good I`ll stay with it, 1 would help the motor and fuel,,(she does real good on gas) I really like this boat,,it works real good.

    hey Doug
the raker props usually do blow out on take off,if they don't they bog down and are a dog, just how they run.plus if the hub was slipping, once you slip it a few times most likely it wouldn't plane off without slipping.
