went to the KY river Tuesday, put in at Steel Branch, very nice ramp and parking, went downstream to were the Elkhorn meets the KY river, went up the Elkhorn to check out Stohmeier,s launch ramp, when I got their a 17ft fish and ski was putting in! no problem at all, I was sitting in the middle of the creek and had 9ft of water, and looked like a new concrete ramp, very nice! had a keeper KY and keeper LM and 6lb drum, I missed a good LM and my buddy missed a good LM, small white spinner bait and a white grub, in and around the timber, just thought I would let you guys know.

Thanks for the info Floatman! I was wondering if Stohmeir's ramp was open after the big flood last year.

Soon as I shake this nasty cold I got I'll be heading down there.
