I guess I can't mention who is behind this, but I think we all know, I'll let Bassmaster.com handle that. But The EPA is trying to allow for the sale of gasoline with up to 15% ethanol to be sold in the US. Which 10% is already allowed, but I'm sure everyone who owns an outboard knows that ethanol can ruin an outboard engine.
