    Re: Musky fishing

We went to Cave Run over the weekend and didn't boat any musky but did have a few follows to the boat and one bite. We focused on the weedbeds in the main part of the lake as well as the weeds along some banks. The current water temp was 64 in the mornings and warmed up to 68 in the afternoons. Water clarity was 5-6ft. Good fishing!

Come on down Doug and I will show you around Buckhorn. I am not a musky expert but I have caught several and I hooked four last weekend while bass fishing. Now is the time to catch em and I might also have another boat for you to carpet.

Sounds good to me. I will try to figure out a day or two we can get together in the near future.

Jeez Doug, now you are going to go ugly up the muskie waters too? The stench that you will bring into Perry County may be too much for those folks to handle.

No dont worry about him in Perry County. We have plenty of people here that might no be quite as ugly as Doug but they are a close second.
