That is my understanding. Then the current Governor would appoint another of his/her cronies.

Well crud nobody is going against Keith Henderson for prosecutor. Guess I just won't connect the arrow on that one.

A crime is really only a crime if the prosecutor decides to take action. He didn't want to take action against someone that took 4000 dollars from my wife and I and is probably somewhere in the US stealing from someone as we speak.
