Hey guys,
My buddy and I are headed down to Cumberland tomorrow evening to fish for largemouth/smallmouth. Im pumped, first time ive had the boat out in about a month. Probably going to put in at fishing creek (lees ford). We drive from Lexington so lees ford is alot closer than conley, beaver, etc... Just havent been to Cumberland for a while and was wanting some advice. Are they deep or shallow? Are they biting? etc... Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks BassKY, but i got your message after I got back. Didnt slay them by any means, but caught 5. One KY(spot) right on the bank on a crank, two smallies on jigs in about 20ft of water, and two largemouths fishing the docks at lees ford on jigs. Had one NICE smallmouth come loose right at the edge of the boat, he was a couple pounds. Got several bites that we missed on the jigs also. Thanks, and hopefully my results will help someone else.
