I have an older Loomis imx spinning rod.. The reel seat has come loose and rotates around the blank.. What is the best type of epoxy to shoot under the seat to make it hold.. I will be drill in thru the cork at each end to access under the seat.

Any two part epoxy. I once fixed a reel seat on a casting rod by just drilling through the reel seat in a couple of places and kept adding epoxy and rotating the reel set to work it around the blank. It would be best if you use 30 minute (working time) but the 5 minute will work if you work fast.

If you're not in any hurry, send it back to Loomis. NOT Expeditor though, and they will repair/replace it. I think they will do it non expeditor for shipping cost. Since this is not a broken rod, it may actually be a warranty type defect.
