Lowrance X-15 For Sale

I replaced the X15 with an HDS8. The sonar on the X15 was not working properly. I don't know if it was because of the battery I had on the boat that was reading 11 volts and the unit requires 12 volts to operate. The GPS on the unit works fine. I have the GPS antenna and the gimbel bracket and power cord. I did not take the old transducer out of the hull. The transducer may have been faulty which could be causing the sonar proble. I would sell all for 75.00 plus shipping.

I received the unit yesterday in the mail. Went and got the parts to power the unit up (6 amp fuse, wires, etc.). The unit works. Ordering the transducer in the next few days. I will let everyone know how it turns out. Jay sent the package in a very timely manner. Wouldn't mind working with him again.

I knew the GPS worked fine but I hope the sonar works with the new transducer. Let me know, I'm curious.

Jay, I got another transducer for the unit and the sonar seems to still be messed up. So I put the unit up for sale last night. It's already sold. The guy that bought it from me works on them, so he's going to try to get it back working. Win-win situation. Thanks for the sale.
