Just checking to see if anyone can give me the current water conditions on Green. My wife has been wanting to go fishing and thinking about heading to Green tomorrow. Have the bass moved up shallow and in the coves yet down there? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

really clear,66 degrees.have'nt caught any in the backs yet but you can catch them on topwater on the steep banks or bluffs early in the morning, good luck
Thanks for the help guys. Hope they are on. Green is one of my favorites, just wish I lived a little closer to it.
Jigs & tubes for us today off of bluffs with good bottom cover.
I know this is probably too late for you to benefit mawi97, but incase others are looking for info I was out this weekend and we got into quite a few bass. Like stated, water was running around 66 degrees, a lot of great top-water action in the mornings til about 9 and then found them suspended off the rock bluffs and even found a few in the shallows (10-15ft) near creek channels.
What's the bait of choice on Green River right now ?
I'm also heading to Green River Lake in a couple of weekends for bass (and musky?), and haven't been in 20+ years. Any suggestions on places to stay, put-in ramps, etc.? I've fished Holmes Bend area a long time ago.
BUMP on that last question?
