    Re: Louisville football

They were talking during the game the other night about some of the discipline measures he has put in place. One thing they made mention of and said he has a ZERO tolerance for was respect for women. He and the coaching staff told the players that if anyone was caught being disrespectful or degrading to women they would be automatically thrown off the team. He told them he wanted Men to play for his team, and no Boys. I got alot of admiration for that message, the more I hear about the guy the better I like him.

    I like that!

If he can get his defensive line worked out, there will be more wins.

Powell is a beast! If he can get some decent blockers, he'll be hard to catch. He should of had another touchdown or two if the blockers had actually tackled...it's like they're scared or something!

It is gonna take time but he is got them heading in the right direction. Very few stupid penalties and a more disciplined hard nose team. I said before the season I didn't care about the won-loss record, just wanted to see an improved football team each week and that is exactly what I have seen.

In addition, his recruiting class is shaping up to rival some of Petrino's. Jeez I sure don't miss the last coach!

Is it fair to call someone a cheater if he has never even been accused of that by the NCAA? Kind of like calling KVD a cheater because he wins alot. Just because Cal is good at what he does, just like KVD, is not reason to call him a cheater.

I am not saying Cal is not good at what does. As a matter of fact he is the ABSOLUTE BEST at getting to the Final Four with players that are not eligible then having the team records stricken from the books. Wiped out both UMASS and Memphis trips to the final four as if they were never even there, played Final 3's that year. Best recruiter in the country but at what cost. Questions about Bledsoe, Questions about Cousins, Questions about Orton who knows. Now this 2011 team has questions about its players as well. Can we get a 6'5" shooting guard, I mean SWISHING guard, if recruiting is not an issue?

Cal got to the final four at Memphis with Derrick Rose, who was cleared by the NCAA clearing house prior to the start of the season. Who would not have played him? Same as the incident with Bledsoe. The NCAA cleared him and Cal is suppose to be psychic and know that he was gonna be investigated after the fact? And Marcus Camby did what he did without the coaches knowledge. Would you have not played him because you were psychic and had a feeling he was taking money? The questions about Cousins are that he was a hot head. Seems he turned out pretty good. Sure he was called for a few flagrant fouls. He wasn't the only one in the country that had them, he just played for Cal and the press that follows Cal and Kentucky BBall was on it like stink on s**t. Now what are the questions regarding the 2011 class? Be specific.
