Musky are very edible but also very boney....IMO they are the third best fish to eat around here behind walleye and crappie....They have Y bones that can be very difficult to navigate and a red strip of meat that you will have to remove....If you decide to clean one make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure you get all the Y bones....I like to cut it into small chunks and deep fry it....also makes it alot easier to see if you've removed the bones properly
