nolin bass bite

anybody fished nolin last couple of days is bass bite bite on or off, going down monday for a week.

Corps is lowering lake fast now. If you have a week i would try a lot of different depths and lures. When i was down last weekend most of the fish where holding at frt of big creeks suspended between 20-40. But corps wasnt pulling the lake as hard as they are now.

fish are on the wind-blown flats on the main lake, esp the ones with stumps. Caught several today on crankbaits bouncing them off the stumps in the flats. Had one go 7.5 lbs and partner had one just under 4.

The guy working at Moutardier was kind enough to let me weigh and measure the fish before I released her. She was a heck of a fish, esp for Nolin. I posted a pic of her on the photo board.
