That makes two of us and I'm sure we are not alone.

Ain't no way I'm voting for Jack Conway....and up until recently I was thinking Rand Paul had my vote no matter what. But in light of some of the things Paul has said and some of his actions during the past week or two...I'm not 100% sure I'd like to vote for him either. Although Paul does seem like the lesser of the two evils.
To bad my vote leans toward the lesser of two evils...wished I could feel like I was voting for a stand up guy...I'm just not sure about this Paul rascal. But...who else is there?
That makes two of us and I'm sure we are not alone.
Andrew
That makes 3 of us but Jack gets my vote.
I'm not an American citizen so I cannot vote but here's one thing (above many others) that worries me about Rand Paul: He touts himself openly as "not a career politician but a doctor".
Why would anyone vote for a doctor over a politician for a political job? It's like choosing a tennis player as the quarterback for your favourite football team!
All he's going to do is learn on the job and that specific political position is too high a position for that to happen!
Just my twopennorth!

lol the country voted in a community organizer for president. Looked how that worked! We Americans will fall for anything!!
I'm voting for Paul. His libertarian views are more in line with mine, and we've got to totally break the Dem super majority before they convert us to Europe junior.
Come on Andrew, there's a lot of difference in electing a former actor who was Governor of the state with the largest economy in this country as opposed to a community organizer who was a junior congressman.
lol CONWAY against decriminalization of marijuana and allowing KY farmers to grow hemp.
Maybe because his brother is a dope dealer!!!
Who would be hurt most by marijuana and cocaine being decriminalized? THE DEALERS!
Why??? If decriminalized an ounce of marijuana would go from an average of $140 to less than $60. Cocaine would go from a average of $20 a gram to $5.
^jus my speculations.
Plus most marijuana smokers would quit buying and start growing.
Jack Conway tips off his BROTHER assistant prosecutor about being investigated by police for drug trafficing
Daily Paul
Oct 26, 2010
No wonder Conway is tough on drug laws, it appears his brother is a kingpin.
We are watching history of Jack Conway?s career sinking into a black hole.
NOTICE HOW THE Courier Journal leaves Jack?s name out of the headline!
A Jefferson County prosecutor was tipped off by Louisville narcotics detectives twice in the past two years that he was under investigation for possible drug use or trafficking, according to police records obtained by The Courier-Journal.
When investigators learned of the leaks and interrogated the two detectives and the prosecutor last March, all three initially gave false or misleading statements about what happened, those records show. The statements of Matthew C. Conway, the prosecutor, were made under oath.
Details of the compromised investigations are contained in nearly 700 pages of documents obtained from Louisville Metro Police under the state open-records law.
Conway, the brother of Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway, had recently resigned from the Jefferson County attorney?s office to enter private practice when he learned of the first investigation in early 2008.

UPDATE : Thanks to Galileo this is a new story :
People investigating Conway?s brother as well as ethics of Jack Conway were donors to Conway?s campaign.

Lol I thought the same thing! Big difference in the two.I'm voting for Paul. His libertarian views are more in line with mine, and we've got to totally break the Dem super majority before they convert us to Europe junior.

Maybe some of you all saw Pauls actions on the news during his last debate with Conway....the one where he didn't even acknolwedge that Conway existed as he walked right by him without looking at him or anything....I guess that's how much Conway gets under Pauls skin huh?
The old saying that all is fair in love, war and now politics, but how far is too far? It is one thing to inform the public of a candidate’s position, but it is an entirely different game of politics when one minces words and generates deception. What do these acts of malicious intent say about the character of those who endorse them, and how should we as the public respond?
Please do not misunderstand me...I will definitely vote for Paul before I would Conway...It's just the some of the actions I've seen out of Paul makes me second guess him too. They're both grown men and both puts their pants on one leg at a time. Forget all this he said/she said crap. But maybe all this hype comes with the territory?
I'm voting for Paul.
Almost all of my votes this time are against incumbents, but since there isn't one in this race I'll go with Paul as I agree with his politics more than Conway's.
I have gone so far in the past to drive to the voting booth, sign in and NOT VOTE!!!!!
I just wanted them to know that there I was ready to vote, but could not bring myself to vote for anyone.
I thought they may see in the talley: well 100 people showed up, 49 voted for Bill, 50 voted for Sam???????? Gee what that 100th guy do????
When I did this I found you could not cast the NO VOTE VOTE. The machine would not let you push the cast vote button without a selection. I had to mark a name and then I unmarked the name. After I did this the machine let me cast the NO VOTE VOTE.
Also remenber that an uniformed vote can be worse that not voting!!!!!
Think it will be tight, Conway is my vote. I think Paul has someone pulling his strings. Not so sure we need all this local decision focus without any oversite. From what I have seen 98% of corruption is on the local leval. Can you imagine school boards making their own rulles and guides. Be like that California town where board members are paid $200,000.00 for 9 months work with 5 hour days. supervising two schools.
I see a can of worms in lax oversite, you may be lucky and get some good decisions, but there a a heck of a lot of lcoal politicians looking for personal gain/power.
Gee hope I don't get shot over this post.
