Is there a website or a program that I could use to find out the year and make of my tiler handle engine? I need to order a new handle to change gears from F-N-R. The guy I bought the boat from has a lock wrench jerry rigged on there to change gears.

What kind of Engine is it? Most likely the year is included in the serial number which is found on a plate attached to some portion of the engine.
