Need Guntersville Report

Anyone know if Guntersville rat bite ever turned on?
It was very slow a few weeks ago, thinking about going back but would like some info.

All indicators come back the same...NO...bite has not turned on yet. Kinda scary for that lake though.

Just got back the other day. Went down last tuesday and fished through thursday afternoon. Weather wasn't very great but we managed to fish even through the tornado sirens. Only caught two fish on a frog. Was really shocked on the lack of frog bites there were. But i did manage to catch quite a few fish on that wednesday using a Pop-R. Caught fish next two scattered grass in 2-3 ft of water. No grass=No fish. We did the best in South Sauty. I would try to wait another week or two before going back. I would think it is about to turn on really good anyday now, but who knows. A local guy is real concerened with the fish this year. He said there has been sooo much pressure that it is finally catching up on the lake. Way to many people catching and keeping fish from out of state. I sure would hate to see that lake go down the wrong path.
