I have the Navionics Maps for the East Lakes which you can download for $10. I know it doesn't have Cedar Creek, though.
I would think any of the mapping or GPS programs would let you mark spots, though. I think Google Maps itself on the phone may let you do it, but I do have a free app called "My Tracks" which likely would let you as well.

I suppose you have to be at the spot on the lake to mark it in the app, but I do know of a way that you can get the latitude and longitude coordinates just by using Google Maps on your phone. It's a bit complicated, though.
Here is a site that you can use to find the coordinate of a specific point. For CC you need to change the view to Satellite, but then you can zoom in close.
