I served also and am proud of all who have. I am especially proud of the ones who had to serve in wartime. I couldnt imagine what the ones in actual battle had and are having to endure. Thank you all!

I have to share this story. I was at a Convention type thing on business this week and on Veterans Day we had our morning meeting after breakfast. The fella giving the morning talk stops and says where is Don Dasher (me) well I'm surprised and raise my hand. I'm thinking really? Your gonna point me out in front of a hundred or so folks for what? What did I do or not do??

He says to stand up please so I do and he says thank you for serving and we all wish you a happy veterans day. Bout made me choke up (actually it did). He asked for other veterans to stand and a few where there and we got a wonderful round of applause. It was really really touching. Made me feel good and all the others did as well. Oh and he was also a veteran and took the time to show some great class.
