We spoke with the gentleman at the office at the top of the hill. He stated they are aware of the issue, but there isn't anything they can do about the problem. Seems these birds are protected in that area. He also stated the problem is a lot worse in the spring of the year. I did a little research and the birds really enjoy the rubbers seals around moon roofs.
