Musky Fishing?

I have been wanting to go to cave run and musky fish for a long time. Never been and don't know much about it. Anyone got any good info? Little to anything will be greatly appreciated!

Up until the weather gets really cold, you should be able to go the Zilpo Flats and get about within casting distance from the weed edge and throw big bulldawgs in black, or a white Grimm Reaper spinnerbait with gold blades, or a black Grimm Reaper with gold blades. Throw at the edge and the very very slowly retreive whichever lure you're throwing. You want your bait to come back to the boat so you can barely see it keep it deep and keep it slow. Just run it shallow enough to keep it outta the grass. Make sure to figure 8 a couple times at the end of each retreive they are notorious for hitting in on the 8. just keep fishing around the weed edges in 8-12 feet and you should get some results.

Not a problem. If you need anything else just let me know, I fish the cave a lot and I know it better than I know any other lake. So if you need help with spots or lure selection just ask i bass fish it alot too!
