Hey they going out of business or just trying to get some more customers?
Wonder if the Lexington Store will have a sale too?
I thought that they were but I really have no idea.....
holiday sale is what i was told. business as usual otherwise. both stores USED to be owned by Bill but the lexington store is independant now.
Just a holiday sale like most other retailers in the country. Not going out of business. jbyrd should have just asked about it while shopping in the store today. We knew the answer.
was there today, great buys on rods,g loomis.shimano, dobyns, and more, great buys on shimano reels, you want find the looomis marked this low any where, going back tomorrow.
Sale seemed to be working . Several folks taking advantange of some really great deals.Store was really busy when I stopped by. Guys you have to see some of the prices they have on rods and some of their reels. Several High end rods saleing at close or less than cost. PLUS everything is a minimal of 10% off. Glad to hear it is just a holiday sale.
The question about the sale being a holiday sale or a liquidation sale was posted before I went into the store. After I got there I did ask and was told by a sales person that it was a seasonal sale as far as they knew.
As you know a posting is sometimes hard to read the tone or intent. ABSOLUTELY no intent to suggest you guys are going out of business.
Sorry about the misunderstanding .
Not a problem - just wanted to clarify that the sale was strictly for the holidays. The rumors about this issue never seem to go away and I wanted to make sure that they didn't get stirred up again.
i will comment on this post since i was the one accused of posting something about backwaters going out.... this is justin byrd just so you all know from here on out... not to happy about what was said to me yesterday morning...
Hey kyriverdon why don't you just get your son to bring it home to ya. He should be able to get you a h--ll of a deal working there. LOL
