    28 pounds for me.

My biggest fish, 9.5 LM caught in Georgia.

Lots of 4 to 5 from Taylorsville, Rough and Nolin.

I doubt that I have been fishing as many years as some of you guys. I'm not old enough to have had the pleasure of fishing back in the 70's & 80's. From what I hear, the fishin was a whole lot better with out all the pressure on the fish back then. I can only imagine...

32+ pounds. All from KY. I am still looking for that 8+ pound bass.

One of these fish was a 5 1/2lb smallie from KY lake. Me being young and not really knowing just what I had, I ate that fish. I wish now I would have put her on the wall. If I ever catch another that big, I'll know what to do with it this time.

    Re: Lifetime Limit

Had never thought about this until this post came up. Brings back some good memories...

    11-7 LM (Florida)
    9-4 LM (Florida)
    8-8 LM (KY Lake)
    8-8 LM (KY Lake)
    8-0 LM (Florida)
    --------
    45-11 Total

I wish these fish were caught as a result of my fishing skills but unfortunately they were probably more the result of persistence than anything. The two 8.5 pounders were actually the same fish (with very distinctive markings), caught twice within a three-day period on KY Lake. The second time I caught her, she was about 100 yards away from where I caught her the first time. Shows the value of catch and release.

Four of the five were caught with my dad in the boat with me. That's definitely the best memory associated with these fish, since he passed away this last summer.
