I have all the symptoms too.... I have a new kayak and the new slider for my tackle box and I actually sat in the boat that's in my garage. I'm still arranging things in anticipation of my spring fishing. But I have a cure for this.... Working on the second kayak fishing tournament June 5th. I have a festival this year on June 4th.
