I've said it before boys, catch'em the first time and give them a pass and a 3 inch diameter flouresant orange dot tatoo on their forehead and return them to Mexico. Then when border patrol see's them again they have something to place the cross hairs on and blow their frickin head clean off. Do enough of this and I feel dang confident the border mess will begin to clean up quickly. BTW, make'em pay for the tatoo also and tell them what is going to happen when they bring their butts back.
