this... if you shot somebody your defense of "It isnt the hunters responsibility to care about where the bullet ends up" probably would lead to you getting greater punishment.Personally, I think your dead wrong on this. ANYTIME you pick up a firearm, it is your responsibility to understand and KNOW where any bullet will go. If you're hunting near water, then it is YOUR responsibility to hunt safely. Anyone hunting around water when fishing is still in full swing needs to be more cautious........PERIOD.

When I go out a fishin during the time of the great white hunter i dress in head to tow in my blazing colors. Stole a vest from my cousin todd that he worn when he had a job pickin up trash from the side of the road on hiway 44 near Joplin--bright yellow!!! Got a pair of suspender and pants that are that bright orange colors.
Figure contrasting are the best.
I might look like a yard ornament, but there aint a mouth breathing trigger man thats going to mistake me for a deer when I'm out draggin meat for giants! LOL!!!
Well I'm not sure how we could have been mistaken for deer since we were the only boat in that area and below a steep hill. ha ha ha
