Upcoming Boat/Fishing Shows

Two nice fishing, boating and hunting shows are in Charleston, WV. One is in January on the 21st, 22nd & 23rd. The other show in February is geared to boating and rvs and is on the 18th, 19th and 20th.

If one can afford the travel, the BASSMASTER Classic has one of the best boat shows, but this yr it is in Louisina, and that is a long haul, but it is worth it, I went to both in Birimingham and they were great shows.

Tha Classic's Outdoor Expo is about as good as it gets. I will be down there in Nawlins this Feb. Looking forward to it.

Hey guys - what are some of the area's best/better boat and fishing shows coming up in the next couple of months? I heard Louisville's boat show was pretty lame last year...I went to the boat/fish show in Cincy and thought it was great!

I know everyone goes to these shows for different reasons...but here's what I'm looking for:
1. Fishing Clinics
2. New products
3. Friendly people to ask questions and get "real" answers from

What are some things that you go to look at/for?

The ville show was lame , the high light was dock dogs and knutty my lab competed and done good . I wont go this year if dock dogs arent there .

Take a day off and drive to Indy.One of the best shows in the country and the best in the Mid-West!!!!

I have been to this one in the past. It was not very good at all. I think there was one booth with fishing stuff. The boat show was a joke. Nothing but pontoons and houseboats and Birdsong on Ky was there with a few Sea arks.

The fishing show at the fairgrounds is way better and is a dedicated fishing expo.

This is the first time this show has been done in Nashville. I think your thinking of the Nashville Boat and RV show. This is the first year for the Nashville Fishing Extravaganza to be held in Nashville. Look at the website and look at the seminars/speakers they have for the show as well as the vendors.

Should be a good show.

I've done the show at the fairgrounds but this is the first year of this show, so how can you say the fairgrounds will be better.

The new Odyssey show has several speakers lined up and looks to be a good show. They are both the same weekend so go to both and judge for yourself.
