    Frabill Hiber-Net Stowable Net

Has anyone used this net? I am thinking of getting one but not sure on the net itself. Would be nice to have the extra room, but i am not sure I like the triangular shape of the net.

    Re: Frabill Hiber-Net Stowable Net

I have one used it the better part of a year. The triangular shape does not effect netting the fish in any way. I like the fact I can store it in my rod locker. The only draw backs I have seen is that its a little heavy and the end the net comes out needs some type of protection over it. I laid it in the floor board of the boat and it slid against the fiberglass and gouged it. I took roll on bed liner and painted the edge and it seemed to take care of the problem. If I would learn to put some rods up and strap it down it would not have been a problem. lol
