Well both times have had a noce warmup game span. I hope they are BOTH ready for the other.
UK had a balanced scoring effort and no one got into foul troublr. Not that I want foul trouble, but that's one thing you CAN'T practice in practice. How to keep your head on and play if you get yourself into it and how to come into the game and help out when someone else gets into and not do exactly the same thing(send that one to the English Lit Depart.)

Brandon Knight gets his confidence early...things should fall into place.

Pitino gets U of L pressing with success early...the ref's will wear out the whistle and we will be in foul trouble.

Billy it is gonna be interesting to see how they blow the whistle. I know last year on Calapari's call in show prior to the game he mentioned getting in the refs ears about Louisville body bumping on the press. Although I don't remember alot of fouls called last year on either team, but my memory is not great sometimes. I hope they let them play and they go at. Heck maybe Buckles can take down Darius Miller with a blind naked choke hold like Thugousins did to poor little ole Swopshire last year, lol.

I would think Lville fans would want the game called very closely....you put Lvilles second five againts UK's second five and its a blowout....Terrance Jones is the key to this game....he doesn't play well, UK loses, he plays good, UK wins....It'll be a tight one right up till the end, but I think UK has too much talent.....UK by 4 and i don't look for it to be a high scoring game....maybe 68-64

Tim, I'm worried sick about this. Knowles has yet to have a big game against UK. He gets so jacked up he can't play. Knowles is emotional sometimes too much, just keep it in check Preston, please.

I think PK is growing up some...not letting his emotions control his game this season as much as he used to. I chatted with him briefly earlier this week...he seemed ready then, but that was before Liggins and Knight start putting the clamps on.

The bench goes to Louisville. Inside the advantage is to UK, but only if Jones stays out of foul trouble. I think the teams match up fairly well on the perimeter. X's and O's advantage usually is in favor of the team that Coach Cal is NOT coaching. The man can recruit but couldn't hold Slick Rick's clipboard when it comes to calling and designing plays.

Im a lifelong UK fan with a good friend (#2) playing for the Cards. I'm picking UK by 9 based on my gut feeling, but would be just as happy if UL won and PK went off for 30 again. Unlike most UK fans, I do NOT think it'll be a "easy" win for Cal's kittens.

Preston Knowles is a freak....first time watching U of L this season and the kid is lights out and quicker than anybody on the floor....MHall I will have to strongly disagree with your assesment of Dieng....He's big and an athlete but he's lost against good competition.....Never thought i would say this but UK is too big....Harrelson is vastly improved over the course of this season and is proving to be the difference maker
