There is a ramp in Foster Ky (directly across from Neville ramp) but it is probably worse than Neville ramp. I have seen 2 reports from last weekend. Both caught no fish below Meldahl. These guys normally do pretty good there. Water temps have dropped to 35-37 degrees. Be careful and wear life jacket the entire time out in the boat.
