I will give plugs here for my two favorite places to stay. Paradise Resort, which is a great place to rent cabins or smaller condo type dwellings at good prices, and you get a slip which prevents towing every morning and launching. My other favorite is Irvin Cobb Resort. The slips are a little old and beat, and when teh water is at winter pool can be hard to use if your boat drafts too much water... but tha fact that you are on blood river and can find plenty of places to fish without dealing with teh big waves is a big bonus. I have been caught on the LBL side and had to fight the white caps to get home.. its no fun.. be careful out there guys... i will be down there the last week of March... feel free to come by paradaise resort and say hi.
