Tough year for alot of folks on here

I know its been a rough ride for many people on the board, illness, lost loved ones, family situations, job situations and the list could go on alot longer. It's really hard to stay positive and upbeat after the last 12 months and we might be knocked down but we're not down forever. It is my prayer that the good Lord will bless all of us this upcoming year , may it be alot better 2011 than 2010 and may all our military people home to share it. God bless all of you and Merry Christmas. Dale

good post this yr has been a hard year for alot of us in one way r anther myself ailing parents lost my oldman oct16th and recent lost mom dec12th! she had been fighting cancer for over a year and seeing her thru it all! has tooken the wind out of my sails.. jst wanted to add this one to this post if you still have ur parents ur BLESSED! and thank god for that and please let them know how much you love them..

This is what I;m talking about. We just have to keep lifting each other up and go on running. I learned when I went through my divorce that you keep on plugging, take 1 step then try another, if you cant make another sit down and try again , then again. Just in the last 2 weeks, my best friend lost his wife, my uncle died and a fishing friend lost his life from a blood clot after very minor knee surgery.

great post, life is uncertain. life continues to go on, one heart beat at a time. and the next beat your heart or mine beats could be our last. so my friend as your life speeds by, take a moment at different times of the day. and thank Jesus for every thing he does for you, and never go to sleep at night without asking Jesus to forgive you of all the sin in your life. because you go to sleep laying in your bed, don't mean thats where you will awake.
