I'm going too the creek too wet a line and think i can catch a bass or i would go too the lake.Fish live in the creek all year so just find what they like and its on.I'll be using a spinner bait or crank.Remember that fish slow down in cold water.YMTs![]()
I'm going to throw the waders on and get out there tomorrow and see what happens. Thanks for the input!

Creeks are great places to find fish year round. I like Rapala original floaters in the winter. Craw imitating baits are good too. Its funny, fish arent smart enough to realize that craws are all burrowed for the winter... i wanna buy insulated waders just so i can go wade Floyds fork and the Salt river

Walker, get your waders and give me a shout. I live close to the Salt and have been thinking of getting the neoprenes out and seeing if I can tangle with a smallmouth or possibly some sauger.
my favorite bait is a small hair jig 1/6oz no more than a 1/8 black, cut the tail off a straight tail worm, black, and put it on the jig, the jig should no longer than 2", works great in all creeks, but I know it works great in Salt River, fish it slow, good luck and let us know how you do.
