Brian....Yep thats the one. It was that or the Samsung and the price dictated my final decision. There are better TV's out there but for the money I couldn't find one. HH gregg put this on sale for $450 so I jumped like a Bass on a frog in Springtime!

@Mike....Have you played online before? I haven't yet and I also like the Medal of Honor and Call of Duty series. God of War looks pretty dang cool on this baby!

Oh yeah online is addicting on both COD and MOH, I play it ALL the time over the winter it is fun as heck especially at times when you have a headset (or earbud) and have some buddy's fighting with you - it's a hoot!!!!

I'm gonna get one of those headsets soon. Do you play against the game or others as a team?

Your gonna turn into one of those video game junkies now that it's got it's claws into you. Already buying the big TV to play on is the start.

If your going to get a headset I would suggest you look a the Turtle Beach ones. They have built in surround sound and you wouldn't belive how much more that adds to the game play. Of course you wouldn't need that if you alreay have a surround sound system hooked up.

I'm not sure about the Platstation version but I own the Xbox one and you can play against the game in whats called Combat Traning or online with a team against another online team in the Multiplayer game. I would think the Playstation version has both game types.

The Combat Traning is a good way to get you ready for whats to come when you decide to head over to the Multiplyer game but be ready to get your butt handed to you in Multiplayer for a while until you get used to it, that is unless you have some serious skills.

Oh yeah, if you like killing Zombies (who dosen't) there's a Zombies game mode that is a blast.

The PS3 looks the same as far as I can tell. I looked at those headsets already around Christmas and yep it's as addiction. The Zombie game was kicking my butt at first but I am learning how to get weapons and buy rejuvinate juice for when they jump me.

I bought the Playstation headset/earbud and it works great, my gamer tag is the same there as here Offdtop, trust me hours and hours of entertainment and by the way look on youtube for videos for "easter eggs" you get an extra map for zombies. Oh and COD BO has 4 more maps that are going to be release for the game in the next month or two - XBox live gets it first on Feb 1 (walkeraviator) they are usually about $20 for 4 more multiplayer maps and 1 zombie map. I'm not a die hard "gamer" but i do really like the Call of Duty games allot or first person shooter games.

Great info man! When I get hooked up with my gear I'll look you up. I have been told again that I'll get smoked online because of the quality of players. Oh well maybe someone can help a rookie out!
