man sure your antenna has power if you have the puck antenna,,it has to have power to it,I got a lowrance 3300c and it has to have 12 volts to puck. if not i get the same messageI have the above Lowrance depth finder and the GPS isn't connecting. I've looked at just about erverything. I updated the software and executed soft & hard resets. I've even turned on the unit, removed the GPS, and it states "GPS Module Not Responding". So I know it's trying to hook up. Lastly, my brother has the exact same model. I plced on his boat and it locked in utilizing his antenna. So, it must be the antenna is the issue.
Does anyone has experience with gps antenna's?
Secondly, does anyone know if the GPS antenna can be repaired? These are extremely expensive and I'm hoping it can be.
