I will go one step farther and say Green Bay WINS the Super Bowl. I am not a huge NFL fan but I look at sports like horse races and try and find the horses with excuses that run a bad race to come back and run big races. In Green Bay's instance, they started out the year 3-3 with 2 OT losses with some injuries to some key people. Then Rodgers goes down for the count and they throw in a clunker against Detroit and play a very good game to lose a close one to New England. That makes 5 losses with decent excuses, inuries in 3 of them (with 2 of these losses in OT) and then Matt Flynn subbing for Rodgers in the last 2 losses. Played the Falcons close in Atlanta losing by only 3, plus turned the tables on Chicago the last game of the season. The Packers are peaking at the right time. If this was a horse race then New England would be the favorite at 8-5 with Atlanta one of the favorites at 4-1 and Green Bay would be a nice juicy 8-1 or better and I would take those odds all day long.
