Is the tracker cup classic for people who fished the USA bassin series the previous year or can new members also fish it? I think we are joining USA Bassin this year so trying to figure out if we could fish or not...thanks for any info

The Tracker Cup Classic is for People who fished the Regionals and did not make the Top 30% for the Nitro Classic
