Rough River This Weekend

What are the odds Rough will NOT be froze over?

I just got back today from rough and it is froze with snow on top of it. Mow it may not be at the state ramp but north fork was.. I went and fished in the little clifty creek and everleigh and done OK but we walk down to the creeks . Oh take some boots it is muddy down there...
