x2. It's been nice to see him grow up from the cocky little 12 year-old kid we had to run off the courts because we didn't want him to get hurt and grow into a legit D-I scoring guard. PK got a bad rep in high school, and a lot of it was deserved. But I have to give credit where its due, Pitino has really gotten in his head and guided him toward being successful. Several players around PK's high school class are having some good luck on the hardwood. Bo Harris plays for the Bluegrass Stallions, Jared Strode is playing professionally in South America, and a couple others chose to play other sports over basketball. And this year's Clark County team looks even better than that squad that went to state.
Its always nice to see a hometown kid make news for something good. Sorry if I hijacked...
